THE PADDOCK

Whether your stay is a fun-filled family holiday or a relaxing break with friends, The Paddock has everything you need for a perfect getaway.

Our self catering accommodation sleeps ten people in each.  This is made up of 4 large bedrooms plus the 2nd lounge which contains a double sofa bed to create another bedroom when needed.  There is also 2 travel costs available and ample space for dogs.  The Paddock features modern furnishings, beautiful décor and it's own hot tub!

Upstairs you will find 4 generous bedrooms, two of which have their own en-suite bathrooms and one large family bathroom. with shower and bath.   All bedrooms enjoy stunning views of the surrounding areas with the front two bedrooms enjoy undisturbed views of Guisborough woods. We supply luxury bed linen and towels as well as flat screen smart TV's in all the bedrooms.

On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining room, second snug lounge (with sofa bed) and utility area.

​

The living area features a 65inch smart TV and ample seating with separate snug lounge with smart TV.  The living area is part of the large open plan dining and kitchen area, creating a wonderful space to socialise.

Car parking is included on a private drive for up to 3 cars plus off road parking on private road. An electric car charging point for private use is ready to use on the drive.

We supply a generous welcome pack to greet you including tea, coffee, sugar, and some goodies such as prosecco,  and sweet treats for your stay.

You will find in your lodge a few items to make your stay as relaxed and enjoyable as possible including dressing gowns for use while visiting, hair dryer, iron and ironing board to name a few.

​

We have also supplied cutlery and all cooking equipment, crockery, tea towels, bowls, side plates, dinner plates, mugs & wine glasses (and plastic glasses for use in the hot tub) frying pan, sauce pan and utensils​.

We supply a cleaning pack containing washing up liquid, sponge, dishcloth.

We offer dog friendly accommodation, dogs stay for free!  You just need to bring your own beds and there is even a warm tap outside to rinse off those muddy paws!

With walks in abundance literally on the doorstep, there’s plenty of fresh air and exercise available too!
